Restore. Recharge. Relax. Reflexology.... Take a rest from the Holiday stress ~ Sunday December 11th 3:30- 5:00 p.m. Join Trish and Crystal at Brownstone Station Wellness for 90 minutes of relaxing Restorative Yoga poses, specifically chosen to prepare you to receive Reiki & Reflexology on select energetic healing areas of the feet. Wear cozy clothing, we provide blankets and props, but feel free to bring a favorite snuggler from home if you wish! You deserve this!
