Join Crystal & Mari for this two hour experience of purposely selected Yin yoga poses/shapes enhanced with intentional sound immersion, to assist in the release of expectations we may carry during this holiday time.
We will meet in the beautiful Lodge room, and offer you numerous supportive props (blanket/pillow/etc) but please feel free to bring anything extra from home that’s special to you for this event.
