Holistic Nutrition Initial Appointment 1.5 hours in-person at Brownstone Station Wellness Center with Cheri Koons, RN, BSN, LMT, ACN, CNIMMH To schedule an appointment please email Cheri Koons directly at gracefulheartmt@gmail.com Cheri blends her extensive critical care and holistic nursing wisdom, to better understand the body/mind/spirit and clients’ concerns and conditions. Her specialty education with certifications in ACN (Applied Clinical Nutrition) and CNIMMH (Certification in Nutrition in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health), combined with principles of Dr. Royal Lee’s science of therapeutic nutrition, provide her foundation to bring Holistic Nutrition for purposes of supporting the body’s normal physiology by incorporating whole foods nutrition, which may include whole foods nutritional supplements and/or herbs to nourish and bring balance to the body, while integrating natural lifestyle modifications. Cheri offers a complimentary 15-minute phone or telehealth consult so you can ask questions and learn her approach to Holistic Nutrition. She believes in working as a “team” with her clients, helping them to navigate more healthful changes through education, motivation, and acceptance. This is more than learning about foods and taking whole food-based nutritional supplements/herbs, as Cheri teaches different stress reduction/management strategies, different ways to detox, explores activities to make movement fun, and promotes restorative sleep.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy At Brownstone, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This policy allows our independent practitioners the opportunity to adjust their schedules and offer availability to other clients. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment) or missed appointments may result in a full service charge, especially if the practitioner has already traveled, set up, or is unable to fill the appointment slot on short notice. Each practitioner at Brownstone is an independent contractor and determines how they apply this policy. Exceptions may be made at their discretion based on individual circumstances and notice given. To support our team and minimize no-shows, we now require a credit card on file when booking.
