Low Impact Class – 10:30AM - With Stephanie LOW IMPACT YOGA is a class geared towards those who want all the benefits of yoga in a less strenuous practice. Pranayama is also done. Typically, people who are able to get up and down off of the floor, but may have muscle or joint issues find this class very beneficial.
