Join me on Tuesdays at Brownstone Station Wellness Center for a gentle, restorative yoga practice designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and invite deep relaxation. Using supportive props and mindful breathwork, this class is perfect for all levels—whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner seeking rest and renewal. My restorative yoga classes are uniquely blended with Reiki, sound healing, aromatherapy, and crystal healing.
