Service Description
Join us for a 7-week immersion into your subtle energy system. Each week we will explore one of your 7 chakras. This weekly exploration will include discussion about the chakra and its connections with, and impacts on your physical body, emotions and mental states, as well as an experiential yoga class which focuses on the chakra. Each class will end with a Circle where each person is welcome to share their experience if they choose. The cost for each class is $35, or you may pay for the whole 7 weeks up front for $200 (a savings of $45). The class will be held in the Lodge Room Studio at Brownstone and will be taught by Stephanie Johnston, MS, ERYT-500. Stephanie has an open and light-hearted style and specializes in making yoga accessible and practical which allows for the possibility of living our lives in a more genuine and authentic way.
