Service Description
Heated. Vinyasa flow utilizes a challenging sequence to fluidly connect movement with breath. This dynamic class is designed to build strength, stability and flexibility through proper alignment as well as physical stamina. Students will flow through poses, balance, and core conditioning. Arm balances and inversions will be offered as enhancements to poses throughout the practice. Class will close with deep stretches and Savasana. Offered in a heated environment between 80 to 90 degrees F.
