Regular Class rate $19 and passes accepted A blend of Slow Flow, Breath Focused Yoga combined with an Immersion of Beautiful, Frequency Sounds and Vibrations produced by certified sound practitioner, Mari Blewitt. This immersion of Sound, Vibrations & Yoga has been proven to be deeply calming to the mind, emotions and the physical body. It's time! Time for self -care, time to slow down, time to reconnect with you. The movement practice will be slow breath focused and be set at a pace that is suitable for everybody! The complete beginner won’t feel overwhelmed as the slow, steady pace makes room for easy transitions and enhancements and the more advanced yogis will find time and space to explore the nuances of familiar poses. Vibrational sound will accompany the entire practice by the use of ancient singing bowls, tongue and frame drums, sonic tuning forks, voice, shakers, chimes and sometimes audio. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

2 hour cancellation policy - If there is a no-call no-show or you cancel within the 2 hour time-frame you will be responsible for paying the full price of your class booked.
